Terms of use

Last updated: 5 April 2026. Operated by Rotaract South Asia MDIO (“we”, “us”).

1. The service

Publications Hub (“PubHub”) is a web application for browsing digital publications and, for authorized users, managing publisher content. Public reading features may be available without an account. Publisher and platform administration features require sign-in and appropriate permissions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Where sign-in is offered, you may use Google authentication as configured on the site. You agree to provide accurate information when inviting team members or accepting invitations. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use PubHub to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, overload or disrupt the service, or scrape or automate access in a way that impairs the service or breaches publisher expectations. Published content remains subject to applicable copyright and Rotary / Rotaract policies where they apply.

4. Content and third parties

Publications are provided by publishers and partner organizations. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability of any edition. The service may rely on third-party infrastructure (for example cloud hosting, authentication, or storage). Those providers operate under their own terms.

5. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or these terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where such disclaimers are allowed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rotaract South Asia MDIO and its volunteers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of PubHub. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us specifically for PubHub in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if no fees applied.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rotaract South Asia MDIO’s operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country cannot be waived.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Rotaract South Asia MDIO through the channels published on rsamdio.org. For privacy practices, see our Privacy policy.
